It is entirely possible Borland will be trading at 12 again within a month or so. After all, the recent rise to 12 was not based on earnings, but on anticipated earnings.

I'd put my money on the recent rise over the last week being due to the "smart money" "buying on the rumour" and at least part of today's decline being due to "selling on the news."

Not saying that I would be disappointed if we made it back up to 12 in the near future...
