Krugman and Stiglitz told Obama that was how bad it was and his economic approach would not work. Over and over and over ad nauseum. He still has not reached out to them. Obama now says: "well it looks like the depression was greater than we thought". That is what Krugman and Stiglitz told him from day one. Krugman said: "we have crunched the numbers. If we have a big depression next year the people will elect Perry. Why won't Obama ask for help from Krugman and Stiglitz?
