I'm not concerned about India at all. They are on their way to toastdom. Energy and climate change are starting to kick its butt already. I'm worried the US will try and emulate Indian air quality. I also worry that some folks in the US still think clean air and water costs jobs. That Republican line is so 1981. "Sounds like Cheney to me". Aside from the fact that you and Cheney are on the same side when it comes putting jobs ahead of pollution, a third grader would blush at making a statement like that.
