Arch, The problems of the US of A are structural. Nothing last night addressed the structural nature of our problems. What was done last night was to offer a pain killer to a cancer patient. Unless the pain killer is followed with curative care the pain killer will have done no more than temporarily dulled the pain.

The time line for Keystone - and every other major project in our nation - is an example of the structural nature of our problems. All the talk of taxing oil companies and the like are nothing more than red meat rhetoric to the uninformed base who so desperately wants to believe.

Our nation needs structural reform. Keystone is only a current visible example of the nature of our problems.

I note the markets are celebrating with great joy today as well.
