ChuBerry, I am happy you are participating in tghe move on CGR/CRJ.TO

I have very high expectations for Claude resources. I think we are just seeing the beginning of the story now.

RE THE CRJ=WT WARRANTS , the warrants printing at 1.60 is probably not immediately sustainable.

they are just very thin and that is what somebody was willing to pay for a couple thousand of them, that is all.

but longer term i see the warrants as tremendous leverage.

each warrant gives us the right to buy a share of the common at c1.60 with no acceleration provision that i am aware of. they do not expire until the spring of 2013. this stock could be much higher by then. the market for the warrants will end up being closer to the intrinsic as the stock goes up, but will still provide very very good leverage.

re SEM.V i also really like st. eugene mining sem.v as a cheap way to speculate on getting some claude stock at a discount. see previous notes and claude's own initial offer for sem.v earlier this summer.

Recognition for CGR/CRJ.TO from James Shaw on www.SeekingAlpha.com. Apparently among the gold juniors he follows, CGR is the top one month gainer with a 51.56 percent return.

Extract from Shaw's piece:

Claude Resources ( CGR) - As the gold price has sky-rocketed, it is not hard to believe that gold miner stocks should follow. Gold miner stocks as a group have held very well recently. But Junior gold miner stocks are the place to be. Among the 44 gold miner stocks we track, CGR is the top one-month gainer with +51.66% return. Next in the list is Richmont Mines ( RIC), a +38.51% gainer, having multiple of year highs. Vista Gold ( VGZ) at an annual high and a +31.21% gain is the third one in the list. Jaguar Mining ( JAG) is also a notable stock to watch as it gained +24.65% in a month. 0.
