I think Brazilian real estate bubble may just be starting.Unless China falls hard how can rates in Brazil fall in half without a bubble developing?I guess if real estate is already bubbled in Brazil, and China falls hard and rates fall in half in Brazil maybe no bubble developes. It is hard for me to see Brazilian real estate falling much from here in any scenario. It could if world rates rise despite weak world economy or we could get a 50-100% bubble, from here, with fall back to current levels in 10 years.I am as happy to be rolling in Brazilian real estate as TJ is to be rolling in gold.Still glad to have none of it backed by loans and would not buy at this price unless for personal use.Would love to put more into US real estate,in crash markets only, but cash poor
