I agree that a limit order for .4375 would be a safe bet as long as the stock doesn't do something crazy like gap down (VERY unlikely considering the past couple of days but anything is possible). Also, depending on her broker, it might take awhile to change the limit order if necessary and that is time that she may not have. For instance, with E*Trade (which I don't especially like), sometimes you try to cancel an order and you don't know if it has canceled or executed for awhile and you are then in danger of buying twice as much as you intended or not getting any at all. Just a consideration although the limit order at open probably would be ok.

<<Joe, for sake of conversation couldn't Melinda go in with a limit at .4375 for the day and wait for your 10AM sell off theme to get her into the stock?>>

Shoot Bill if I was Melinda I would put in a limit order of .38 and .42
If neither dont hit by 10:30 go in at that time on either at ask or offer depending on the size.

At same token I haven done a DD on this and I believe we have something here truly worth many times more than todays closing.

I picked up 20k today but I feel comfortable to pick up more up to 2 dollars a share but I need to meet with the management first !
