Bogey Man, sorry, I haven't tried writing a put (my IRA won't let me) and in my regular account I don't want to tie up plenty of cash just to write the put...Short-term is not clear but for the Long-term, like a year or more, the stock has a lot to go...One thing that matters the most to most investors is the expectations of the company for the next 6 months and more; PEs are not fixed, historically, the stock has a PE of 4 to more than 50---enough to confuse the investor...
