I looked at VPRT too and I came out with similar opinion. Great past growth - bruwin type of stock ;) - but it's not clear how long they can keep it up. The moat seems to be price ("free" - they were sued for advertising free products that had shipping charges), their optimized fulfillment technology and some marketing/client capture technology. On the negative side, this is not much of a moat. It's not like they are Google or even Groupon. When I worked at a startup and our guys wanted to get promo materials there were other places available - we did not use Vistaprint although it was mentioned couple times. They've been accused of email spamming for business although it's possible that some of the spam messages are phishing attempts impersonating Vistaprint. In normal market, I'd buy a small position. With so many other bargains available, I'll skip for now.
