FTEL

Several days ago I posted that I thought FTEL was a stock to be considered based on its S1 approval by the SEC, and on the great products that the company has to offer. Today, FTEL is down considerably with the lows hitting 4 3/8, a drop of almost 3/4 point since I made my post.

I spent a considerable amount of time at the FTEL thread to try and figure out why the drop today with no news out there (and no news apparently forthcoming). The atmosphere on the thread seems to be frustration on the lack of news releases since the company came out of it's quiet period surrounding the S1 registration. The MM's seem to be dropping the price to shake it out given the general impatience of the FTEL thread (yes the MM's do read these threads and take action on the price of their stocks based on what they read IMHO).

My fear is that the stock has dropped below a support level in the 5 1/4 area and the next solid support doesn't come up until around 3 3/4.

Again, I think the company is a solid company with great products. But the next earnings statement is not suppose to carry all of the great news from the increased sales, and the best news appears to be coming out early next year rather than sooner. I beleive that buying FTEL at its current levels will be cheap by the end of next year, and certainly buying FTEL between 4 and 5 a share is very cheap for what the price will become when it takes off. Remember that this stock was over 10 a share just a little over a month ago.

I will accumulate FTEL at the current prices and continue to hold FTEL for the intermediate future. I see the current MM activity to lower the price as a shake out and an excellent buying opportunity for those who have the patience to hold on for six months to a year for excellent returns.

MOO
