I noted last week the Climate Inquisition’s success in forcing the resignation of the editor of the Journal of Remote Sensing, who for some reason declined to suggest that the offending Spencer-Braswell paper be withdrawn, as is the usual procedure if a paper is later determined to be wrong

I don't really understand this kerfuffle, didn't pay much attention to the details. But as I understand it, the paper concluded that the climate models did not adequately take into account the role of clouds in climate. That position was, I believe, heartily supported by the CERN paper published just a few weeks ago.
