To: dara who wrote (89601 ) 9/12/2011 2:18:08 PM From: marcos Respond to of 233807 ngd.wt.a - thanks dara, it did seem like a good idea at the time didn't it, and turned out to be, unlike many others, lol ... we still have some from that time, but not many, i was trading them back and forth in several periods, did quite a bit better than price advance for a while, but then got near cleaned out of them on at least two of the run-ups ... net-net to now i've probably missed some of the total gains, this is definitely the case in main account where i declined to chase it about a year ago, being obsessed with amz.v at the time ... probably still holding losers from that era, shoulda offed them instead, such is life eh ssl.v/ssl.wt/ssl.wt.a/snd.v - the whole Sandstorm stable seems to me to be something like the New Gold set was then, i especially like the snd.v but pretty much for the longer term, got them all though, even tucked away ssl common in one acct that is not for trading edv.wt.a - picked up quite a few of these earlier in the summer, think prospects for Endeavour are being overlooked, there is intriguing wording in re expansion in their merger announcement, and i see it's still not tanking in this environment, at least su.to - trying this all over again, took loss on last chunk now filled down to 28.26 which was itself throwing good money after bad, man this was acting so well, just like old times, today quite iffy though, $usd supreme for these moments ... probably would leave it alone here, except it has another gap-down above now, fill is 29.29 Not much green, a few - gwg.v, epl.v, rio.v [sold a few on gap-up] ... otherwise, i'm grateful for Suncor diverting my attention from little ones where the bids evaporate totally, lol ... funny how things are day-on day-off lately though, rapid mood changes
