First it was "We have to pass the bill to find out what's in it." Then it was "We need to pass this bill before it exists." Maybe the next step will be "bill? What bill??? We doan need no steenking bill. We just say what the law is and that is it." LOL Dang it, they should pass the bill before it exists .... why doesn't the Republican Congress just vote to pass whatever bill Obama eventually sends over? They must be racists who want the economy to fail.
