Jorj, I am not trying to convince you one way of another. My formal education was a background in sociology, psychology, organizational and behavioral development, power structure identification, community organizing, business, education, counseling, union organizing and labor relations, and as a professor where I taught MBA, Education Supervision, marketing, and labor relations.

I found it very interesting to have students role play, and use simulations to increase their knowledge of process and skills. We collectively increased our knowledge and skills regarding the real world in leadership and working with individuals.

I see that you didn't much of an answer on free will or criminal activity, not much of a surprise.......Though I am on pins and needles waiting, but not holding my breath.

Guys who fit well in unions are the ones that don't mind being paid the exact amount as the sorriest bastard on the line(hardly conductive to productivity)......I will never understand that mentality.
