grusum91 Recommendation of 112600 As indicated above position power is very common today in the work place and other situations. "Those who have the gold make the rules." Most individuals do not have the luxury, financial independence to fire their boss, especially in today economic environment.

of course they don't have that right. why should they?? what's the use in having a boss if the employees can fire him?

you appear to be one of the autocrats where love to organize the masses around and run it up your a__! The longshore workers clear know how to deal with your types - maybe like some of the radical right wing autocrats they will hide in their bunkers!!!!!!!! Out of fear.

"Again, we have the TEA PARTY carrying firearms!!!"

I have attended one TEA PARTY event. It was in or near the district that elected Col. Allen West. I saw no firearms out in the open. This is not to say some of the people weren't armed since it is a concealed carry state. I was unarmed. Now that the head of the Teamsters union declared that his members are an army at war and said of the TEA PARTY "we are going to take these son of a bitches out' I see justification for firearms. The only violent incident in TEA PARTY history that I am aware of involved and African American member of the TEA PARTY, Kenneth Gladney. He was allegedly attacked by members of SEIU in St. Louis. There may be a youtube video on this incident.
