what it requires is your commitment to drive to people's homes to advise them... Or.......drive the bus full o'jerks to company executives' homes to scare the bejeezus out of their families instead of protesting the government's enabling of the offending behaviors. tonto, There is not much to learn, what it requires is your commitment to drive to people's homes to advise them... What have you been smoking? The union organizers I was associated with were trained in: training techniques of others, grievance process, interest and rights arbitrations, law and agency regulations (EEOC, EPA, etc,) the psychology and techniques of bargaining, mediation and crisis management, running political campaigns, media relations, counseling, psychology and techniques of organizing, budget planning and finance, conflict resolutions, race relations and culture diversity, organizational and behavioral development, therapy consulting. The salary for the typical union organizer was in the range of what a Superintendent of schools make.
