Hawk, I have issued an official GLD sell warning. I shorted a Tonka Truckload of GLD at nearly $185 and expect the price of gold to return to my official sooth price issued earlier this year. <You gold bugs had better watch it, should you still be long on GLD >

This is going to be exciting. I am finally going to be a buyer of gold after a decade of TJ badgering me to get into it. Well, not really gold, but some pixels which purport to represent ownership of some gold plated tungsten or what have you that GLD claims to have. That's a fair swap. I sent pixels which purport to represent "money" in exchange for other pixels which purport to represent "gold".

Asia is taking another bit of a dive [down 2% and 3% in Hang Seng and Japan terms].

Never a dull moment in the markets.

Mqurice

If not short the Euro now from that top high@ $1.45 in the channel it had pulled back from all summer , then preparing to go long at some point is the next trade, to buy the dip...so old Jim Rogers is long the USD now as Euro has its "watershed moment" , he's saying just go BK and reorganize & everyone take the licks .

It wont be pretty but the Euro at least rises out of the ashes running a tighter ship ...now where is that bottom?
businessinsider.com

(was sneaking in some test shorts on the GLD last thurs/friday & Silver as you know i will do ..there seemed a definite "wall " at $1880 with R on GLD at $181/82 ....and Ag @ $42.50....it wouldn't lose $40.50 though where its trading tonight now )

They were really to trying defend the SP "1140" area last week , now Futs are below that here ... the worst always comes in the august into fall ....guess that why they call it "The Fall" ;o)
