Insider Sales Update: No ASND insider sales since 10/15-10/23 (per EdgarOnline and Insidertrader). No COMS insider sales since October (per same). No CPQ insider sales since 10/20-10/30 (per Insidertrader). EdgarOnline shows 144s filed on 11/11, but I wonder whether these were for sales that occurred in October...CPQ investor relations had not been clear on that to me. If CPQ/ASND is in the offing, and if the threat of a hostile bid exists, I'm guessing that the parties would wait until at least 12/11, when CPQ would have an extra 2B shares authorized and in hand as available spending money. However, the CPQ/ASND deal clearly is just outrageous conjecture at this point. I don't see ASND/FORE as a possibility, at least vis-a-vis FORE insider trading patterns. Gary Korn
