The general theory says that less money will be available
for investments. Also, the "J curve", I kid you not.
The "J curve" effect will make their existing dram product
much cheaper (near term) because of the devaluation.
so:
(1) Short run.....they sell dram cheaper.
(2) Long run......they have less money to spend on plant.
