Effective at the opening on Sept. 13, 2011, the share purchase warrants of the company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is classified as a copper, nickel, lead and zinc ore mining (NAICS No. 21223) company.

The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 20 million units at a price of $1 per unit that was accepted for filing on May 31, 2011. The private placement of units included warrants entitling the holders to purchase up to 10 million shares at a price of $1.25 per share and will expire on May 13, 2013. The underwriters received 1.2 million non-transferable brokers' warrants. Each broker warrant entitles the holder to purchase one unit comprising one common share and one-half of one warrant.
