I do fear that because you don't like the message you wish to disparage the messenger. Listen, you're the one who wants me to spend x amount of time going down what appears to be unproductive avenue of your choosing. You have to make the case then, IMHO. why its worth my while to do that. Specifically, how this is going to advance the argument here. Of course if you don't want to make that effort you can always resort to insults. That will certainly shed a lot of clarity on the issue.
