AGW is a true Chicken Little parallel

Chicken Little gets hit on the head by an acorn and becomes convinced that the sky is falling. She runs around hysterically shouting "the sky is falling! the sky is falling!".

She convinces other animals that the sky is falling and that they are in imminent danger. Now they are all running around shouting "the sky is falling! the sky is falling!"

The fox sees all of the animals running around in a panic and invites them into his den where they will be safe from the falling sky.

And then he eats them.

The Chicken littles aren't bad. They are just gullible. When the sky continues to 'not fall', they will calm down and eventually stop panicking. Unfortunately, the AGW chicken littles have handcuffed themselves to the other woodland creatures and are dragging them into the fox's den.

The AGW Foxes are evil. And they won't let go of the "sky is falling" storyline as long as there are chicken littles to feed on. And they will keep on tossing acorns on the chicken littles' heads to keep them panicking.

It's amazing how the AGW chicken little story parallels the classic chicken little stories.

Al Gore talking to the chicken littles.
