Yes, ASM Lithography(ASMLF) supplies their steppers. I also learned, while talking with another equipment maker rep at Semicon Southwest, that there are no less than 45 ASM engineers at the Micron fab. I think that this tells us that Micron places a lot of emphasis on lithography.
