But administrations can push how and what laws are pushed. Obama has certainly made that very evident with pushes through the EPA and NLRB. I have also seen a push on how hiring is done to make sure diversity is factored in. Why because at the federal level and state level hiring practices are being reviewed. Its a great government we have, doing almost everything it can to discourage hiring. Meanwhile perplexed that unemployment rates stay high. Nice to see all the labor laws being so effectively enforced with illegal alien workers seemingly everywhere.
