I do feel a lot of empathy for my clients. All of them. Which they appreciate, and reciprocate, and we have good relationships. I get hugs, flowers, thank you notes, pretty much every day. It is gratifying.

I do work hard to help them keep their houses, and get rid of debt millstones that are dragging them down to perdition.

Every day I am thankful for having this opportunity to save lives.
