"There should be a supervisor who mentors or counsels each participant. Mentors, counsels, and/or shadow the individual as they retrain. Partnerships could be made with technical schools, GED schools, college, etc. The main objective is to get the participant out of the program and into a real job. Agree!!!!" Sounds like a reasonable program. Too bad Loco said he wasn't interested. I bet the GED school and technical school would help him get a decent job.
