LOL... Sadly I'd take the same bet as you buddy.. remember NEP.. (relax ;o) all those those dicks (government) had to do (How Rex could pick PT as a Greatest Canuck is beyond me) was build the damn pipelines.. Alberta would have world prices for energy.. The East would have secure oil at prices close to Alberta.. just figure in transport + maybe ? we'd be off the US teat.. No tax crap beggaring one province for another ... with all the inherent government slippage.. just more dough/savings/security for all... and no rancor worth considering..
