I agree with the bullish scenario but think management was more honest than you think. They probably had to make a go - no go decision by a certain date to have the secondary in December. If the overseas markets caused a 1000 pt drop in the DOW they could be sitting with a secondary at 20 or less. I think the other factor is that with the uncertainties in international economies there is no rush to expand right now. The company is in a good position to do the secondary at their leisure. I'm very bullish on JPMX's future. I think they really want currencies to stabilize along with international markets before they expand. Your writeup was very thoughtful!
