I have to trust the Arris management on something like this; I can' really second-guess professionals. I have heard that biotech companies must have a more complete technology program to be competitive and that this purchase was made to remain competitive..So basically a good sound business move. I am disappointed that the stock is off so much after the merger. Although it represents a buying opp for some, it seems clear that this is still a long term investment. David
