Breakthrough that a pipeline gets blessed by a politician....? Dont know. Canadians want access to refineries....if the politicians want to do everyone a favor; get the Hyperion Refinery built at Elk Point SD, that thing is the best project not to be talked about, bar none. Next Real need is for a Northern Pipeline to West coast, from Dakotas, Wy and Col, give a direct west coast link, for the shale basin production from the Williston and Niobrarra basins will be worth more....as these producers will become lowest cost producers, eventually.. pushing USA production toward export market, offsetting current account bal of trade, imbalances..
