I think it is simple fear: Some are raising cash and not investing, and others are selling their winners and buying those that drop but are now out of cash and no longer have the winners to sell---end result is overall drop in most stocks as demand dries up while fear/necessity causes some to sell their losers...That's in general. With VSYS you have the added problems of bad recent numbers and lack of guidance. I suspect VSYS is a bargain at this price, but so are others..
