I don't know the relation between the current leader of Everbright (did you mean China ir HK) and the new premier. But most people in Hk do have high regards for him. His predecessors (one of them was indeed a relative of an ex-Chinese leader) haven't been able to achieve much in the past decade or so but he alone has brought life to the company in the past year.
