Probably pretty good. In 1986, non EU countries had little value. So they would have been cheap.<If people had bought citizenships of countries about to enter the EU in 1986 imagine what they'd be feeling now! > They would still be worth more by a long way having entered EU.

It was funny reading most of the responses to those links you gave about selling citizenships. Most people can barely think - they come up with the dopiest things "identity theft is too easy". No it's not. Try faking a DNA test. The present testing for identity is pathetic. Identity tests can be upgraded to include iris, retina, palm veins, finger prints, voice pattern, face recognition but dna really nails the deal. They are also cheap and with Cyberspace the data can be moved anywhere to check identity at remote locations [such as a border in a weird place].
