"No matter how much you guys enjoy making jokes and belittling JB and the company for entertainment, I'm still green."

Small problem: you still have to sell. How many days' worth of total volume do you personally own now? That was the trap.

I truly hope you do well in this. There is just too much sleaze and goonish behaviour associated with JBI to get me involved personally. If the principals and advocates were a good bit more like yourself this would be much more appealing. As it is I sit on the sidelines watching the garbage scow float by and throw rocks.

The fact is that I am well in the green on my JBI investment. That includes averaging in the shares I bought at $5.

Six months and $.50 higher ago... You honestly don't feel misled by Bordynuik?

Disclosure........I have paid retail price for every JBI I share that currently own or have ever owned.

You're going to have to do better than that. There's a bit too much wiggle room or "dance", if you will, in that statement. For instance, the company could have sold you a substantial number of shares at the market price, a number that you would not have been able to buy on the open market at that price because your purchases would have immediately begun to send the stock price up. In return for those "retail" shares, you agree to promote the company which does, amazingly, send the share price up. At that point, you sell the "retail" shares for a profit. After all, your statement verifies that you've bought AND sold shares. Alternatively, you could have bought shares in a private placement for, let's say, $0.80. The company (and you) conclude that $0.80 is the full "retail" price for those shares even though it's a substantial discount from the market price. There are several other scenarios that could be suggested by your vague statement including the possibility that you've received cash to promote JBII, something which seems difficult for you to either confirm or deny.

Have you been compensated in cash or stock to promote JBII? It's a simple question requiring only a "yes" or "no" answer.
