Thanks but me taking notes is almost laughable. Summer break my 2nd year of college I setup a sucessful feeder mouse breeding program at a large pet store I worked at because the manager and I both HATED the rodent wholesalers. The absentee owner was impressed and asked about my record keeping but what I did was instead of breeding white mice I bred fancy mice, after I few generations of selective breeding they were very distinctive so I was able to keep up with about 150 mice w/o records no problem, so remembering a few common steps I tried to fix a computer problem is really no biggy. I still have a few good friends I met while working at the pet store 26 years ago.
