China is like the US. Not like the England. They want to buy good behavior like the US did using the World Bank as the cashier. China uses the pile of cash for same purpose.

See please:
China Ties Aiding Europe to Its Own Trade Goals in an unprecedented move for China, he linked the offer to a potentially onerous demand: that Europe renounce its main legal defense against low-priced Chinese exports.

This is US vintage. Compare thar Selling Assuam Dam to Egypt to let Suez goods and US war ships flow and big US companies profit from the construction.

As a next step, China will be installing their own puppet head of states, exaclty as the US did its hey day:

Nicaragua's Somoza, Paraguay's Stroessner, Philippines Marcos, Indonesia Suharto, Iran Reza Pahlavi.

Brazil that have never behaved well, knows very well this type of game. Thus is nothing new for us. nWe know our electorate...

Look at the signs at early stages. China and Rare Earths is typical. They ressent what they pay and retaliate.
Rare earth elements are a group of metals that are useful in the manufacturing of high-tech gadgets and green technology. 95% of the world’s supply of these elements comes from China. The new restrictions that the nation has placed on the exports of these elements has adversely affected the global electronics industry.Chinese are hurt that they pay so much for foreign ores.

They used Rare Earths as a revenge against what they pay for Australians and Brazilian ores.

They are also mad at the shipping charges:

China’s state-owned shipping giant COSCO is again throwing its weight around, this time to the distress of Brazil.
