It looks like California spends more on prisoners than Governor Perry. Obama will have the edge getting the criminal vote. Tell criminals not to move to Texas.

California state taxpayers spend around $133 every day per prisoner. The four-star Burlingame Hyatt Regency regularly beats that price. Meanwhile, Texas spends only $42.50 per prisoner per day.
