Andrew: Here's a news item concerning Zonagen's response. biz.yahoo.com.

What strikes me about the Asensio press release is that they reported
Zonagen "has not made a complete disclosure." In their own release, they never disclosed that they have a short position in the stock or the Schering agreement. Before yesterday, I never heard of Asensio. Today, I am am really unimpressed with their biased reporting timed to cause a media stir.

I think there was no coincidence tha Asencio came out with
their attack on Zonagen the day after Zonagen announced their
deal with Schering Plough. I wonder who can possibly be
behind that. Not necessarily the shorts.
