Palin is just stirring the pot. Like Glen Beck, she says some spot on stuff, but only occasionally and only if that stuff will get a rise from the audience. The problem is that there is a lot of dead air that needs filling and in their minds any old BS will due to fill it as long as it is interesting enough to keep them in the spotlight for another day.
