"If I were a MIS director..." I've said this before. I love the Mac, but I make more money and overtime supporting Windows. As long as there are Windows machines and their inherent problems, I can justify hiring more contractors and making overtime bonuses that pay for my Jaguar and mortgage payments. My pointy haired manager keeps my loyalty with $$$. As long as I have the flexibility get what I want, I don't side as heavily with the users. (though I instigate complaints between them and management only for the sheer entertainment value. It's also easy to blame management for the lag in response time for fixing computer problems due to lack of support personnel.) -Bill_H aka "Catbert the Evil MIS Director"
