Jake,Oh so your socialist partisan pretzel logic believes that someone who works hard and is successful should pay for those who are lazy and depend on the government. How do you measure whether a person is successful or not? Is a person who earns a lot of money successful and therefore works hard? I would argue that defining individuals as lazy and depending on the government is wrong!!! Does an individual who uses his/her intelligence and mind to acquire his money working any harder than a person who does physical labor but make lower wages, no benefits? Some individuals who are depending on the government are honest hard workers whose skill sets have become obsolete or outdated, or downsized - they become unemployed and rely on the government. I think you are categorically wrong in your assumptions.
