You're assuming too much, Chinu. Check with the ACLU if you want to really find out. This is the kind of case they take.

If the facts are that only muslim kids who agree to attend after school classes get admitted (assuming you have otherwise qualified non-muslim kids applying) then, IMHO, you, the school board, have a case. Just because the written documents are non-discriminatory doesn't mean that there is a pattern of de facto discrimination at work.

It would have to be brought on behalf of an otherwise qualified student who met the non-religious requirements and who wanted to go there.
