One final whacking would not surprise me...

It would take less than 40,000 share market sale order to get MDR price under $1.40, and likely trigger some stop loss orders. Then in my think like a criminal mind, we will see several large volume stock crosses (whereby same investor sells in one account for a loss to book tax loss while buying in a different account to go long). Happens all the time in thinly traded junior gold stocks, IMO, especially for stocks that have significant per share tax loss like MDR. Thus, I am waiting for one final whacking to add to my MDR position, but have 2/3's of my intended position now.

If I had no MDR share position right now, I would buy 25% today and put in a GTC order for 50% at $1.49, and try to buy the other 25% quickly once it gets whacked and bids appear for turn upward.
