There is a secondary going on. I wonder if there are any statistics to show what happens to stocks in the immediate period of secondaries. There are people out there selling this stock for the Company and there are institutions buying it. If I were a buyer I would want to show a good increase in value after the purchase. It seems to me that there is incentive to buy at the cheapest possible price. I'm sorry if this looks obvious but you need to look at what other shares can be sold during this exercise and who can buy them.
