I dont know much about the stock but I can say Bally's has the finest all around fitness centers here in S Fla and everywhere I have been around the country. With the Gold membership a person can visit any club in the country. Most clubs have been upgraded and the new ones here have all the newest equipment. Really beats Golds, World, Spa Lady etc for an all around workout. I can see it being the choice of the mainstream who doesnt want "hardcore" or or the opposite,"she she foo foo" clubs. Their newest promotion is $19 down/$19 month for 3 years term at which time you can continue with a lower renewal rate. I think fitness is in the news enough that the news members shouldnt be hard to come by. My usual Ballys is usually packed. I dont think they have alot of overhead either as once the equipment is paid for, the rent should be it. The help is either minimum wage or commission. Hope this helps. Cowboy Brett
