Yesterday, there were some concerns over the news of a 43% drop in revenue. If you read below you'll see that that's only a $140k difference. ACTV has converted from Distance Learning to E-School. In the 3rd QTR they received two E-School contracts. This is new product in transition, which is much more profitable (60-70% profit margin). E-School has already been well received and more contracts should be coming soon. If they had 3 contracts versus 2 last quarter, they would have been closer to last years revenue. NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 1997--ACTV, Inc. (NASDAQ:IATV - news) today announced that revenues for the first three and nine months ended September 30, 1997 were respectively $191,440 and $1,534,295 compared with revenues of $332,220 and $1,105,816 for the comparable periods of 1996.
