Mq it is you that's not getting it. A citizenship is not like gold. It is like a dividend paying stock whose dividends are guaranteed for life. You get to enjoy a country's infrastructure etc. citizenship rights. Not many people reverse an immigration decision once they take it. It's very expensive, unless one is independently wealthy, and there are not many independently wealthy people around the world. The ability to sell a TC is worth very little.
