Amarksp, NiMin Energy (NNN.TO) -- looking at your type curve for a typical WY well only serves to heighten my desire to see NiMin call an audible here and drill more wells in Pleito Creek vs. WY. By now they must have re-mapped the Pleito Creek field using the info gained from the 2 recent wells they drilled there, and probably have a pretty high degree of confidence regarding at least the next 2-3 wells to be drilled there. Say they can drill 3 more wells that each have a great shot at IP'ing at 100 bopd, at a cost that would be only marginally higher than drilling the same # of wells in WY. That together with the fact that they are getting about 40% higher prices in CA vs. WY makes it a no-brainer to lay their rig down in WY and go back to CA to drill. I understand that the rig they are using in WY is not on any type of "take or pay" contract and can be laid down whenever they want, at no penalty.
