I guess it all depends on what you mean by "needs" it.

If you believe that it is only appropriate for those that are two weeks or so from being dead, then everyone that is still walking is a "faker."

If you think a doctor should decide if it may provide benefit for your condition, then the numbers of "fakers" is a lot smaller.

Ethical questions came up when the program first began here in Michigan. Cannabis can prevent the progression of diabetes. As diabetes progresses, it produces pain.

Should the use of cannabis be allowed if it can prevent the condition from progressing to the point of causing pain? The state decided that it should be used that way.

So is a diabetic a faker?

I'm a bladder cancer patient. A tumor was removed from the inside of my bladder. My doctor says it has a 70% probability of return. Is it real to try to prevent the return of the cancer? Or is it being a fake?

Or are you trying to say that I need to have a plastic bag installed and my penis cut off first?

BINGO! I "see" the people too. They are dirty-haired, in filthy rags with heads hanging down..... dull, doped-out looks on their faces....shuffling down the street carrying their little packs on their backs that contain all their worldly goods and the dope they just picked up at the "clinic."
