It's not a bug. If you save this message to one of your folders, you will get the message:

You have no Kept messages.To Keep a message here, look for -- and click -- the word "Keep" on any public message.

This is a place where you can permanently store links to your favorite posts.

But if you look in the folder, you will see the message and an option to move to keepers.

I changed the behavior a bit, so that it goes back to your Keepers page after you file it. It makes more sense if you have a lot of keepers.

Since you filed your only "Kept" message, you no longer have any keepers.

I'll see if I can come up with something more intuitive.
